Knowledge of the job starts from the top down, with Troy having been the business's first driver. Combined with an operations team that has spent time behind the wheel, we understand our customers, our runs, and what it takes to get the job done.
Our longest-serving driver has been with JATEC for more than 20 years. That kind of loyalty reflects the culture we've built, one based on support, respect, and genuine care for our people.
